Linear Bar & Fin Tube Grilles
With over 20 years of manufacturing experience, American Custom specializes in custom heating and ventilation linear bar grilles and fin tube enclosures. These air distribution products are used. These are used for applications in the floor, wall and ceiling HVAC applications, primarily in commercial, institutional and industrial buildings.
Our linear bar grilles come in a variety of core and frame styles. Materials include aluminum, brass, bronze, stainless steel, and painted and anodized finishes.
Fin Tube Covers/Enclosures

Our linear bar grilles come in a variety of core and frame styles. Materials include aluminum, brass, bronze, stainless steel, and painted and anodized finishes.
We can make the fin tube cover in either break metal or in an extrusion. When we make it in break metal we would offer a drop in grille. When we make it in an extrusion we can offer to punch the slotted holes in the extrusion itself on the top or the face or we can also offer a drop in grille.
Brake Metal
Brake Metal refers to thin sheets of sheet which are bent or ‘broken’ into the different shapes to fit, contour, and flash around a structure. Aluminum, stainless steel, brass, bronze, anodized and painted finishes are the most common. We work with a 10’ maximum sheet width and the thickness depends on the material being used.
Cladded doors and storefront
Clover offers the option to clad over standard anodized storefront doors with a more luxurious finish. This offers the architect and client a cost-effective option when aesthetics and performance are important.
The full framed clad doors are available in 3″ Narrow Stile doors, 4″ medium style doors, and 5-1/2″ wide style doors. Clover is able to prep for all hardware from center hung pivots to offset pivots. We are able to provide the cladding for the removable glass stop as well.
Clover can work with any storefront system. We work with the following finishes:

Canopies
American Custom has the ability to fabricate your canopy in a variety of materials including painted aluminum, stainless steel or steel. We can design and engineer the system and any additional support it may need. We have the ability to make custom canopies that have large spans and projections from the building.

Custom handrails
American Custom is your go to source when you need custom handrails made. We can make stainless steel posts and provide the design and engineering to support the loads. We have done your standard 4’6” tall posts and can also offer your taller windscreens where you need heights of 7’.
